As members of the National Ski Patrol (NSP), the Homewood Volunteer Ski Patrol (HVSP) serves the Homewood Resort, located in Homewood, California on the beautiful west shore of Lake Tahoe.
We are a family oriented mountain with a commitment to the community, service and excitement. From skiing our exceptional glades to our daredevil terrain parks, it is an experience not to be missed. We boast the best views of the lake and the longest staying power of powder of any resort in the Lake Tahoe Basin. Bluebird, overcast or powder dump, every day at Homewood is a day to remember.
Being a ski patroller is an exciting and rewarding endeavor. Are you up to new challenges? Do you love to ski/snowboard? Does the idea of helping others while engaging in the greatest sport in the world appeal to you? Then consider joining us. As a volunteer patroller, you can expect to push your snow riding skills beyond their current limits, learn advanced first aid, make a lot of new friends, and help the skiing/boarding public in the process.
